Ten years of Choose Me (and a lot of bras that finally fit)

Ladies, we're 10.

Ten years ago Choose Me started with one simple, slightly stubborn idea: women with a fuller bust deserve beautiful lingerie that actually fits, and they shouldn't have to hunt through three malls to find it. We were tired of hearing "sorry, nothing in your size". So we went online and decided to be the place that says yes, delivered to your door.

A decade later, we're still saying yes. And we have you to thank for it.

You made this happen

When we started, we had no idea how many of you had been quietly putting up with bras that dug in, gaped, rode up or simply didn't fit. It turned out to be a lot of you. Most women are wearing the wrong size, and it's almost never their fault.

What we didn't expect was how many of you would keep coming back. Ladies who bought their first properly fitted bra with us years ago now order their favourite style every time it comes in a new colour. Some of you have sent your sisters, mums, daughters and friends our way. Some of you have emailed us just to say you finally feel comfortable in your own skin. Those messages make it all worthwhile. Every single one gets shared around the office, and yes, each one gets its own little celebration.

To every one of you who has trusted us with something as personal as your underwear: thank you. You are the reason we're still here.

The faces behind your parcels

Choose Me has grown up, and so has the team.

Camille, who started Choose Me because she knew exactly what it felt like to be told there was nothing in her size, is still our Managing Director and the heart of the brand. The voice, the attitude and the refusal to accept "that'll have to do" are all hers.

Nick now runs Choose Me day to day. He looks after our customers and the website, and he's usually the one answering your fitting questions and making sure your order is on its way.

Ros runs our warehouse and office. If your parcel arrived beautifully wrapped, on time and with exactly the right size inside, that was Ros.

Three people, one very clear job: help you find lingerie that fits and makes you feel wonderful.

What hasn't changed (and never will)

• The brands you love. Freya, Fantasie, Elomi, Goddess and Wacoal, the specialists in fuller-bust lingerie, chosen because they get the fit right.
• A proper range of sizes. Full size curves in the bands and cups you actually need, not just the ones the high street bothers with.
• If it's out of stock, we'll get it. We import every week, so if your size isn't available right now you can still order it. There's a short wait, and then it's on its way to you.
• Real fitting help. Not sure of your size? Ask us. We'd much rather help you get it right the first time.
• The little touches. Every order still goes out with a handmade postcard from Choose Me Intimates, because opening your parcel should feel like a treat.
